When Passion Meets Purpose

As a child, Cha was exposed to culture through restaurant experiences with her father, which fostered her  keen eye for identifying quality service and developing her passion for food & wine. She is an advocate for food equality, sustainable practices, and proper revitalization of urban neighborhoods using hospitality as a vehicle to generate progress in communities.

She is a witness to  hospitality injustice in working class communities and the challenges for minorities working in the food and beverage industry. Her professional exposure to wine forged the connection to her passion and purpose.
